Are the Birthers Being Used???

The Grinols case (for those that don’t know what this is: basically “birther movement”) will reach the Supreme Court February 15th.

I would not be surprised if Orly Taitz wins she loses and the security state wins. It may be that the government either has state secrets it is protecting or will make the claim that it was protecting state secrets.

Regardless of the truth, Orly Taitz may become known as someone who ousted a patriotic American President who served his country and jeopardized national security. I am assuming that enough secrets (“secrets”?) are revealed that Obama can no longer serve as President. Perhaps just revealing that the Supreme Court seals its findings in the Grinols case is enough to force Obama to resign.

I wonder what the outcome of the Birther movement and Wikileaks, or rather, shall I say, the media spin surrounding them will be. Will the public sentiment change so much that we get a secrets act with little protest, that is, will it become a crime to reveal classified information regardless of intent, that is, the notion of mens rea or “guilty mind” is discarded? Perhaps the public sentiment will be less inclined to question the appropriateness of the Presidential kill list. Perhaps instead of a secrets act, the kill list method will be used the next time around. Perhaps the spin will be that if the President had people like Taitz and Grinols liquidated national security would not have been compromised.

Regardless of whether or not national security is jeopardize (or the government makes the claim), what about the possibilities regarding impeachment? Will the Obama administration point out that laws are enforced in a totally arbitrary way? After all, Bush wasn’t even elected. I doubt that they’ll take that route.

I have trouble seeing how Obama can justify staying in power if it is the case that he cannot prove he is qualified to be President. Perhaps I missed something. Let us say he makes a case and the Republicans try to impeach him. Either that or let us say the Republicans claim a Supreme Court coverup. It seems odd that Romney the Zombie rose from the dead shortly before the election and with the addition help of media spin the race became a dead heat just before election day. Things looked bad for the Democrats. All of that should have been bad for Obama, but supposedly he won, and even more spectacularly the Democrats even gained a few seats in the Senate. Since there are 53 Democrats and the Republicans need 67 votes to impeach, my guess is that there would be a failed impeachment. A likely outcome of a failed impeachment is that Obama becomes emboldened to exercise dictatorial powers (to a much greater extent than has been done by Bush and Obama in the past 11 years).

There is also the question of how some extreme right-winger(s) will respond, even if there is no attempt to impeach but the government seals the Grinols case.

Has anyone posted related speculations, by the way?

The House may impeach but the Senate holds the trial.

They would never find him guilty of anything so this is all basically irrelevant.

I also remember his attorneys arguing that the case should be dropped against him "because" the digital released certificate was such "an obvious fake"?

I have that problem... a memory, it causes a lot of arguments among those without a memory.

Nothing will happen to Obama, he will remain President, even if he shoots a friend in the face.

i have intensely researched this issue, a lot of material is covered by Jerome Corsi.
1. Taitz is a dual citizen israeli american. she received the mombassa birth certs while in israel. (i do not know the validity of the mombassa certs...the look nice, have baby foot print, etc.)
2. the primary push on the birth cert issue is coming from the zionists and is a means of pushing Obama to support zionist issues..e.g., attack iran, steal palestinian land, control the US media and legislators through AIPAC.
3. the long form birth cert posted on the whithouse dot gov site is a transparent forgery. just open it in adobe illustrator, and print out the 9 separate layers as jpegs. only the MSM sheep will bleet, oh the crazy birther conspiracy theorists blah blah.
4. there is even a bit of fun in the birth cert pdf... zoom in on the onaka stamp, see the smiley face on the A.
5. as usual, there is a second purpose to the cert issue... it is an attack on the consititutional requirement for the president to have natural born parents..
6. the fake marriage to Obama sr and the supposed trip to mombassa, kenya to have the baby by th 18 year old stanley ann dunham were a cover story to disguise the actual father...frank marshall davis.
DNA testing would resolve this in a moment. so who has done it???? surely Mossad, CIA, M6...
7. the DNA bomb will not go off until obama loses the birth cert issue in court.
8. the reason it is held back is that it will reveal the communist origins of obama, his staff, his objectives.

I wound not be too sure about that. Birthers have been throwing anything and everything over the last what? 4.5 years? And after close to 200 lawsuits, you'd figured they would have kicked him out by now given the "any day now" threads and announcements they've been making all this time. If there was solid evidence pointing to Obama's ineligibility, he would have not made the elections in 2008.

I have trouble seeing how Obama can justify staying in power if it is the case that he cannot prove he is qualified to be President.

I could see how one would have trouble seeing how he is still president if they choose to frequent rightwing websites and news outlets, and if they choose not to actually research on the issue objectively. It's been made clear in the courts, by the Hawaiian State government, that he is eligible to be president. Considering as well that the likes of Romney, McCain and Hillary have refused to carry this conspiracy theory with them into their campaigns, it's fairly apparent that there really is nothing against his eligibility.

When you scan documents into an image on certain programs, it will create layers. It's been tested before on other documents. To say Obama's birth certificate if fake because you feel such anomalies as layers (which are very common when you scan certain images, documents) is nothing short of ignorant. Hawaiian authorities have verified his birth certificate (both the short and long forms) as being valid and the courts have made their stance clear on this as well. The conclusions of your phony birther "experts" do not matter in the real world, sorry.

OCR means optical character recognition. none of the layers are attemps at converting images to text. they are attempts at merging photoshopped images. go look at the joke...a smiley face on Onakas signature.

Excuse me, are you a documents expert? Are you the one who verifies documents? No you're not. The fact the scanned image of Obama's document created layers does not mean it is "fake" or "invalid" because, once again, as I've explained to you, it's been proven that the same layered effect occurs with other documents scanned in the same manner. It's been done, the layered excuse has been debunked. The only people touting around this argument are birthers and their phony experts. The Hawaiian health department disagrees, the courts disagree, none of the real experts who deal with Hawaiian birth certificates and their authenticity have come out agreeing with this theory of birthers. None. And it's been 2 years since the "layered" excuse first surfaced from birthers.

yah because goodness knows he is not being used as a tool by his fellow travelers and radical leftists to achieve communist and socialist goals like socialized medicine and taxpayer funded abortions and free birth control for his socialist friends like Sandra Fluke, not to mention his use of Stimulus funds to pay off his crony pals and various leftist functions, and the HITECH ACT which is for developing centralized control of medical records through electronic means.
