We belong to a species that is fond of war, and that also has a history rich in war and conflict.



Starvation

There is a sad reality of people dying of starvation, including children.

This is the enemy within. Many are affected by selfishness and greed. Greed is ugly. Greed almost always has a negative effect on others, directly or indirectly.

Pain and suffering caused by illness and disease. This is a cause for sadness.
Not to even mention pain and suffering caused by old age.
Pain and suffering takes away the joy of life.

My friend,

You have to strive to find the beauty, goodness and love that truly exists in this crazy world of ours.

You have to look inside yourself...inside your soul.

That is the only place you will find true happiness.

It's hard to understand the dualistic nature of our existence....

Why do some suffer while others seem to skate along.?

This world makes me sad more often than I care to admit but, I refuse to let it control me.
