solar doesn't work because its simply not economically feasible. except for special uses, it only exists because of government subsidies. the great german success of solar is just another story of government largess, which even they are having to cut back on.

so how is america trying to make a go of it? by driving up the cost of traditional means of power production to make alternatives more competitive. and who does that hurt? the same poor people the government says they care so much about.
