Whats that space cloud?

Hey guys, quick question...

What was that space cloud energy thingy thats supposed to be engulfing us at some point?

I remember it being reported a few months back, although I cannot remember the details

Also, any extra information on the near by black hole would be appreciated.

I'm currently researching the fabled "photon belt", and I think these recent discoveries in space may be of much help.

I'm always studying fringe theories..
