i think this is diane finestines insurance plan as she knows the federal one wont pass so she will just try to disarm Californians more then they already have....i hope it dosent pass and cant see it being constitutional and see the supreme court smashing it down like they did Chicago's hand gun ban

We can only hope. However, I don't place much hope in our current Supreme Court either. It could take years to get there, though. You never know....

to be fair the 2nds rulings from the court recently have all been pro 2nd so unless some of the elder ones pass it should be safe for now it may be false hope but i have hope in them.

Um, allow me to introduce the REAL Northern California, the rest of the state north of Sacramento and L.A. We do not hold the same values as Nancy Pelosi and Diane Finkstein. We have more traditional values, enjoy our rural lifestyle and most folks here are gun owners. We don't like what California lawmakers do, not one bit - but we are powerless because the Bay Area and L.A. are the major population bases. Our voices get overridden every time. I wish we could have been successful with the whole "State of Jefferson" thing a few years back.

So please do not say "all Californians" because there's a whole bunch of us who are not like our socialist/Marxist southern neighbors!

That good old 80/20 rule is obvious here. 20% of the population (CA,NY) where 80 percent of guns used in crimes are illegal weapons, That is where you put your premier gun control, and that is what they did. Most of the guns in these 2 states come from the outside, and that will have a huge effect on surrounding state gun sales, who's gun dealers are about 80% of the people complaining about gun control. Follow the money.

They never fail to surprise me. California is an utterly parasitic, defeated and useless state.

I swear, California has no business being part of the union. They have always been traitorous, favoring international interests over national ones. They are also very full of crap.

If a Marxist insurrection was ever a reality they would be the new capitol. California is literally so far gone, I dont think there is any hope for them. Well, I know that there are good people every where, but they must be a minority in Cali.
