The manifesto is included int the link, brace yourselves its a long one. Basically the guys convinced that the department fired him for reporting an
officer for use of excessive force. He goes on to out several officers (including one female officer refered to as 'the chupacabra') for various acts
of misconduct. And later he begins to threaten the lives of more officers if the chief doesnt clear his name. It seems to me he believes he's doing
the right thing. He makes himself seem like some action movie vigilante. I dont condone the use of violence, especially fatal violence, but is it
possible that this is only thing that will stop corruption within our police forces? So ATS whaddya think? Another fishy 'dood-goes-postal' to rouse
anti gun sentiment, or the beginning of the inevitable rise of the guard class?
