Where on earth did you get "200 American soldiers" killed at Pearl Harbor? It was a lot more than that, and quite a few civilians killed as well, both from the Japanese and from anti-aircraft shells landing on Honolulu and other places.
As for who funded it, the taxpayer, and the US government. Why do you think they pushed War Bonds so hard? As well as copper drives, and people turning in everything they could, to be converted for the war effort? The US funded their war effort all by themselves.
You do know what a false flag is right? How could Cambodia and Laos have been a false flag on civilians every day? It was American forces attacking the NVA and VC in the area. How is that a false flag?
