Is there a way i can re-size my pic here? I tried to change it to a different one but couldn't because it was too large.
Is there some code i can add at the end of the URL address to size it down?

Well, as you can see that doesn't work, so you'll have to resize it with a photo-editing program, like paint.
And then upload it to a server....
