since you, clearly, have bought into this toppt thing, tell us, have you stopped paying rent or your mortgage payments? are you no longer paying your
debts since, per the filings, you aren't obligated to do so?
That's the ultimate question. I'm actually glad you asked. I'm sure what you expect me to say is something like, "No! Are you crazy?" But in
reality, I am making free-will choices to be free now that I have learned of all of this.
I will still pay rent because I pay it to another human being with which I contracted a rent agreement. That's a legit decision I made that is free
and clear of any slavery system, other than of course the interaction of payment with FRN's.
I will pay my car loan because I freely contracted to do that, as well. That's an obligation that I choose to pay.
I will pay my electric bills and water bills, and cell phone bills because those are also obligations that I choose to pay, as I use them and contract
to use them.
HOWEVER... There are several bills that I have chosen not to pay. Old collections bills from companies that are clearly part of the DEBTORS, of the
slavery system. The IRS for example will be my first. In order for me to proceed in my choice, I need a few documents finalized and ready. These
are not ready yet, there may be a few days before they are. But I have a few weeks before my next payment to them is due and once I have all the
documents I need, I will notice them and await reply, fully expecting a very interesting result. This is of a debt that they say I owe but my records
clearly do not agree with, one I did not contract with, and I do not consent to them coming at me for it. And so I will be in the fight.
You have to do what you feel right to do. The OPPT Trustees just set the groundwork and gave notice to the system that you are free if you choose to
be. Right now, it is just beginning so right now a bunch of people are "testing" the system and seeing what resistance there is, if any. But the
next few weeks may change the need to even bother. Who knows? We definitely have not been here before so its time to just try things, and be free.
If it works, don't worry I'll be sure to inform. Setting precedence is everything in situations like this, IMO. Just take a look at the
foreclosure case I referenced and sourced for you in links. Sue is still in her house, almost a month since she was supposed to be kicked out and
nobody has approached her or noticed her since her notice to them. For her, so far, it has succeeded. Eyes are on her case, and she freely updates
on those links so we'll be able to see the ongoing process.
Its new folks. I don't have all the answers, I'm just here to tell you what I feel and think about it. And I want to be free.
