Hi guys it's taking forever fo the new topics to load.
Could it be my adobe that is the problem or the sheer weight of traffic on the site ?

What device are you using to view ATS? Phone, tablet, desktop?
What operating system and what version?
What browser are you using?
Who is your ISP, and what download speed are you getting?

I don't think adobe would have anything to do with viewing the forum.

Ccleaner does wonders. It's free to.

Of course their are manual ways to do everything in this program, but this is much faster, and possibly more accurate. Cleans cookies, temporary internet files, and tons of other junk. TIF could be slowing your browsing down seriously.

I'd definitely use something other than IE8. The rest of your specs look good. Firefox or Chrome work great on ATS, and are much faster in general than IE.

When you open the program, just double check the options to the right, and make sure your okay with everything it is doing. Some things you may want to un-check could be:

-Empty recycle Bin
-Clipboard

Those options won't harm you, it would just empty your recycle bin for you, and remove your current copied text or image. Up to you.

Another thought - if you are using add-ons they can effect some ATS pages. Don't mention them if you are using them, as some violate T&C. Just be aware of the fact. Ghostery, for example, will cause the ATS search page not to load.

If you are running any add-ons you can try disabling them, one at a time, to see if your load times resolve.

ETA: If you don't like Chrome, due to the Google association, try a Chromium based variant, such as SRWare Iron.
