Here's a picture of my baby when I saved him from the pound.

I just couldn't see them putting him to sleep.

He also has survived a brutal attack from a pit bull.

He's aggressive and protective of me.

He will attack anybody who comes near me.

The protector.



Doesn't he just look all innocent with those puppy dog eyes.

Yes he looks like an angel.

I love dogs but I cant pet one because of my cat.

I would get him a friend but he doesn't seem to play well with others. He gets very jealous of his surroundings. They can't go near his bed, can't touch his toys, and can't eat his treats, or he will become very aggressive. I tried that approach once and never again will I make that mistake. He'll make my kitchen look like a blood bath and I don't feel like cleaning again.

He's a medium sized dog now. He's not too big. About the size of a Chow but smaller. But he's a Chow, Shepard mix. That what they have him down as.

Can you interrupt his food?
As in take his bowl from him? He should allow you do to that, since you are his alpha....and not growl or anything.

Nothing short of adorable!

But beware, I'm just giving you fair warning about those eyes though: My dog used to sneak under the table and lay his head on people's laps, looking up at them with those eyes that said he had not been fed for several weeks.

Tell me about, I go to eat, and I can never finish. He acts like I starve him but he gets half of all the people food. I tried to feed him the same time I eat so he doesn't beg. Sometimes it works other times he steals my food. He's smart like that and knows I'll give in every time.

He's beautiful.
He looks so cuddly and warm.

My boys. The little one is like yours is with his toys. Or the big ones toys. All the toys now belong to the 10 lb Shihtzu. The 80 lb Lab just rolls over with hurt feelings when he gets attacked by the little guy. I never got the little one neutered so he has a testosterone overload, the Lab's fixed, and has zero testosterone, lol.
It's a good the the Lab is so nice and passive...
