To do this properly one must approach it this way:
Turn On the Video And Pause Right At Moment the Balloon Is Filled.
As a witness to the event, describe what you see, what is happening, and the context of what you are viewing. You are a witness, a witness to murder and the killer will either die, or live, based on your ability to describe what you see/saw. No taking notes, just memory.
Then Watch The Entire Video.
Based on your keen observation of the scene when paused at the balloon, did the defendant live or die? How reliable is eye witness testimony?
