Former deputy chief of defence intelligence, John Morrison, says intelligence has been used by Tony Blair as a PR tool to influence public opinion since Blair came to power.


There was a culture of news management that came in after 1997 which I had never seen before and intelligence got swept up in that.


I wonder how long it will be before Mr Morrison follows Dr David Kelly�s steps and commits �suicide�.
