Guns were stolen from an agent's car, burglars made off with $35,000 in merchandise from the store, agents left a sensitive document at the store when they closed the storefront and in at least three cases the wrong person was charged. In one case, the ATF sought charges against a man who was in prison at the time - on an earlier ATF case.
