I love my dog! This is Romeo and he is actually my first dog, other than the ones we had growing up. I always had cats because of working and traveling etc. The love is just huge! He is my constant companion. I would love to see photos of your pal. (And if you have a cat, that's good too. Love them too.)

This is Sara (left) and Georgie (right). Sara just moved in with me on the 18th of January, from the shelter! She's a pit bull or pit/lab mix. The vet who fixed her has her listed as Am. Pit Bull. George is...part...tank and part...well, we don't even know. We found him and kept him after we couldn't find his owners.





This is Chun, my girl that just passed away on the 8th of January. She was my first dog-friend.

These are my babies: Jack is the white one, and Harley is the colorful one. She's the alpha in their relationship, even though Jack has about 50 pounds on her

The Shihtzu often bullies the Lab, the Lab is neutered but the little fellow is intact.
Good thing the Lab is so nice and passive, 10 lbs bullying 80 lbs

Oh y'all, these are great! So many shapes and sizes (big German Shepherd -- a puppy?) and colors. Love them all.

My dog does look like Chewie (sp?). Someone brought me a photo the other day of a character (maybe from the Hobbit?) that looked part man, part dog. Anyway, he is a hoot 24/7.

Rescue work is such a good thing. Absolutely. Good for you. And losing them -- can't even go there.

Can't post photos on here but look <------ that's my baby, Gypsy is her name and she is 8 years old, when we go for a walk i don't need to put on a lead as she does as she is told, she loves family's and will walk with them. she has been kicked, punched and hit with sticks, stones, handbags and attacked by all types of dogs but is still friendly to everybody. if i say to her that dog will bite you then she won't go near it but if i say go say hello then she will go play with the other dog and does the same with people. also had her dad he died last November aged 15 years old. Staffordshire bull terrier's have a bad name here but if they are brought up right they are a great family pet.
