There are so many possibilities. One thing I've seen that looks like that to the naked eye is headlights reflected on a wire, like a guy-wire or
power cable. Two headlights produce what looks like a single bright light moving in the sky. It's hard to see just the wire at night, but the
reflected light when a car approaches catches the eye. So in this case, it could be an occasional car in an alley, the first in the video moving more
slowly than the second.
Out in the country if you look toward a highway at night, you can see what looks like a light zipping by in the sky caused by reflection of headlights
traveling along a wire relative to the viewer's position. But it's not exactly in a straight line, because the wires sag.
