It is with great trepidation that I bring the subject matter of this thread to you all. Before I do, though, there is a very important matter that I
must bring up; something you all never would have guessed about me.
I am what is known as a Handler. I need to tell you this now, because I don't want to suffer the embarrassment of having other members, or lurkers,
telling you this before I do. If you are not aware of
Gangstalking and its specialized, ever changing nomenclature, then worry not, by the end
of this thread, you will know what a 'handler' is, and much more. I apologize in advance for any images that may seem confusing, by the end of this
thread, you will understand it all.
In my research around this subject matter, I have found that it is not really possible for me to speak or write about
Gangstalking without
adhering to the rules of the system. As I hope to show you all,
Gangstalking is analogous to a very complex game wherein the losers live as
Targeted Individuals. Therefore I feel compelled to share with you the statistics that The DOJ published concerning Stalking Victimization in the
United States in 2009.
In March of 2010, activist,
PeaceFrag filed a request via the freedom of Information Act with The DOJ. The DOJ had done a study in 2009
entitled,
Stalking Victimization in the United States. But
PeaceFrog thought there was something missing so he queried the DOJ. By his own strenuous extrapolation of the details, he discovered that out of
about 450,000 stalking victims in the U.S., about 180,000 of those were actually victims of stalking by more than one person, which, naturally,
constitutes
Gangstalking (*hereafter,
GS). I will now include all relevant links, including the exchange between PeaceFrog and the DOJ,

The GangStalking Lexicon.
Introduction
What follows will be a list of what are often referred to as 'Roles' in the world of
GS, as well as descriptors for many of the actions of
these characters. But first you need to know a little bit about the world that they operate in. As I have suggested above, the world of
GS and
those that inhabit it are prone to constant shift and change. Trying to nail down their 'world' is a little like trying to play darts with a
pudding-target, but I will give it a try.
The Governments, of the U.S., Britain and Canada, as far as I can tell, have a systematic method for harassing specially 'marked' citizens that have
either displeased them or have been found to be some type of threat. And in all of these countries, there are what amount to Cults of 100s, maybe
1000s of trained individuals whose life's work is dedicated to subtly harassing these marked citizens, we will get to exactly how, later. It is
considered by those that are afflicted, to be like a 'psy-op, or MKUltra program' on a personal level. This vague process is carried out until said
marked citizens have been completely marginalized, silenced and removed from society. Or rehabilitated and recruited.
The Playahs
As I have said, trying to pin down Gangstalking is like trying to wrestle with water, and that is what makes it dangerous; we're gonna get to that,
but as you read through these descriptors, please keep in mind that it is
the vagueness that gives
GS it's viral potency, and makes it a
danger to the susceptible. Behold the template...
Targeted Individuals or, T.I.:
These are our marked citizens that have been chosen to be subjected to our pogrom of harassment. Why they have been marked is never any universal
cause. It may have been something they said that was overheard, it may have been something they wore that a Handler found personally offensive. They
may have run in to trouble in the past at work or school, and a mark follows them wherever they go.
Presently the most famous of these T.I.s would be
Jane Clift, and the following video is
considered to be, by the
GS community, a very good example of what it is like to be a T.I.
I think it is time, anyhow, ATS to start to get your feet wet with these videos; there will be more. I warn you in advance that these will only get
more disturbing as we go. I suggest all precautions be taken and tongues be firmly planted in cheeks. Here we go...
They are targeted for mob harassment, usually for the rest of their lives, although some recover. Even if they move, a unit in the town they move to
will be activated to continue the harassment.
Perps
Perps are the worker bees in the front lines of perpetrating the harassment. They wok as teams to constantly and subtly annoy the T.I. Until they
snap. Some harassment programs are more aggressive then others and our Perps employ many methods in their arsenal, which we will get to.
-Green Perps are brand new Perps fresh off the street that have just woken up to their civic duty and are ready for hypnosis and indoctrination before
being assigned.
-Seasoned Perps are, of course, seasoned Perps, that know the ropes and usually stage and produce the 'Street Theater'.
Perps are sometimes family members. In fact, so are Handlers.
Gagged Person or G.P
G.Ps are gagged by perps. T.I.s notice them because the G.P. No longer talks to them. That is because they have been fed scripted slander by some Perp
and they will no longer talk to the T.I. (stay with us, I know it gets confusing). G.P.s typically provide wonderful Green Perps.
Handlers
Contrary to popular belief, Handlers are sometimes taken from the ranks of T.I.s. And it is very common for them to have been Perps. Regardless,
Handlers remain behind the scenes scripting everything; calling the shots. The Handlers are the first to receive Community Notifications.
Trolls
Trolls are Perps on the web, no more, no less. Trolls especially do not believe in
GS, and don't want you to either.
And finally...
Truthers or Freedom Fighters
Freedom Fighters fight for the freedom of all T.I.s and I will add a secret, they also secretly fight for the freedom of the Handlers, Perps and
Trolls as well. They are real stand-up guys.
