Ok, I downloaded peerblock but havent been able to figure out how to add an individual ip address to the blocked list.

Open notepad and save it as .p2p

then

click list manager in peerblock and create list

then

click add and choose add file

browse for the p2p file you created

then click view

and click inside the view window and input the IP

edit on 26-1-2013 by whatsecret because: (no reason given)
