Can't get out

I'm down in a pit.

I see the light.

I can't get to it.

It's too far away.

I'm trying to climb up.

My arms are failing me.

The dirt starts caving in.

I am now suffocating.

My heart is swelling.

My nerves won't cease.

I see you beckoning.

I have no release.

Hi natalia, We are kindred spirits I think. We have seen life from both sides. Our hearts speak true and we share when we can. It is never wrong to speak from the heart. I try and find and read all of your writings as I "know" you...many other folks here, I "know" them too, as when people have been through the "bad" and good that life hands out, the ones with a free spirit and a good heart and a gentle soul will always be able to speak to one another and have a "knowing" for what is. I've been looking into meditation, and have found relaxation, but accidentally found evil as well.
