My apologies it was not my intent to come across as "extreme"
I am truly interested in learning about other peoples "dislikes" i would appreciate it you would share...how do you deal with those dislikes?

That is a very hard question for me to answer.
How do I deal with something I dislike.
At the higher end of the scale,I voice my opinion.
Further on down, avoidance and passive aggressiveness.
I don't like conflict unless I have no choice.
If there is nothing I can do about it,why fight it.
I have tried several times with no results and just gave up.
I know, that is cowardly, but the fight is not in me anymore.

I know things exist, but I'd see things on a more positive notion, that perhaps it happens for a greater good, hence it becomes oblivious to me, as opposed to me ignoring that it exists.

I simply see it from quite the opposite perspective of what others might see as something negative or evil..

Peace

That is twice now you have incorrectly judged me..
Please try to be more constructive in the conversation.

Hate does have a very similar physiological affect as fear, except it is a lot more assertive in its actions than the more submissive version of fear. Ignorance, uncertainty or just too much external stress are common causes with a mix of health conditions also affecting ones ability to cope with stress resulting in expressions of hate and anger.

The more I understand how and why this world can be so messed up at times the less I hate it. Pity, concern and sympathy generally fill the the gap left from past hate.

So it explains my point of "depends how you perceive things".

And so it will prove itself time and time again the "Your reality is what you make of it" - Gandhi

Hate, or all that ascribes to negative energy/kama etc, is more or less a neutral prop of which one gives meaning, with how one perceives it.

Peace

Your honesty is appreciated.

I have to admit that being passive aggresive is one of my less endearing traits but i see it as defence mechanism...not against that which frustrates me but more against my own words and actions. Far too many times i have said and done things i regret, sometimes it is easier than dealing with things head on.

No offence but for me giving up is not an option, im not looking for confrontation but that is part of what angers me.
Without that confrontation nothing changes. It is true that some confrontations end differently than we plan or expect but again, without confrontation there can be no resolution...right?

No you are indeed a whiner, and if you weren't living a boring meaningless existence you wouldn't be angry at everything. So I don't think you've been misjudged at all. But go to hell I'm done trying to converse with a rude prick.

I really feel that the above statement expresses a subtle form of hate.

I'm just saying.

Thats kinda what im trying to do here.
I want to learn not only how deal with these feelings in an attempt to improve myself but also to understand the larger picturei know is there. Perhapz i am asking the wrong questions....so please dont misunderstand me as has already happened...
There IS much in this world that i am grateful for and happy about but as was pointed out to me, there is definitely this underlying dislike for people that i have only realized about myself. And it isnt just people in general, it is how people react to certain situations or how they treat other people.

Dont get me wrong, sure there are times when i get frustrated at the general level complacency and halfassedness and just plain stupid but i realize those things i cant help...(most) people are a product of society but it is the interpersonall aspects of life that truly bother me. For example i got into an argument with guy recently who was being rude to clerk in astore simply because she was busy...
Was i wrong for pointing out his indiscretion...

I go to the gym alot so i am able to vent frustration in that manner. Thought bat to tree sounds cheaper i would rather hit a person...poor trees
(ok that was a joke nothng to br concerned about) and i actaully love the outdoors in fact i spent last summer on the appalacian trail after a failed attempt the year before that. Surprisingly enough there are still jerks in the woods though, just easier to get away from them.
Thanks for your input and concern.

On a very primitive level, understanding competition for genetic adaption and evolution is important. The rankings from competition assist in the search process for the next generation. As a search algorithm it is very effective in maintaining the strongest attributes and explore other possibilities when there is a near infinite number of possibilities. This is a deep and strong part of us and life and we cannot get away from it. The biggest challenge I currently see for society is how to separate the conflict from competition.

Another consequence in the building blocks of life is diversity, no two places are exactly the same. Even amongst identical twins, different characters do develop. Amongst different cultures the differences can be even more extreme with their different social norms, standards and interpersonal skills. The presence of diversity is also another reality that makes things easier if you accept it.

On a more social level, I did find the Monarch Project helped with putting a lot of things into perspective. It does contain some very extreme events and claims, but for as how and why some things are such a mess I found a lot of answers. There is some debate with the validity of such claims.

For example i got into an argument with guy recently who was being rude to clerk in a store simply because she was busy... Was i wrong for pointing out his indiscretion...

I don't know, has he changed his behavior since? Having worked in a store myself I know there is a small percentage of customers that are a hassle, just part of the job. Since working in security, as long as I do not have to call an ambulance it is all good.

I did a search for this and came up with a bunch of hits, could link me to the one you reference?

Honestly i wish i knew but my inclination was that the next person to confront him would be assaulted.

Here is a link to one book that finally gave me some ground after falling down the rabbit hole www.whale.to... . "Thanks for the Memories" by Bryce Taylor is another that extends on similar themes and names a lot of powerful people.

As population density increases and resources become more strained, competition does become more stronger.

I hate your avatar.
I hate the heat, anything over 72 degrees.
I hate that there are problems with no solutions, like how to stop lunatics from getting their hands on guns while still protecting our right to bear arms..

I hate people that perpetrate hoaxes. In these times people really want to know if aliens are visiting our planet. Creating fake pics of UFO's and aliens only serves to undermine the search for truth. Honest, I want hoaxters to serve prison time.

I hate people that abuse religions.

Oh yeah, I hate my colon.
