This is one governement demand i will give into, Love the snow already built a snowman with my girlfriends neice. He is a big boy almost as tall as me ( I'm 6'5")

I Can understand there theory though.floods have been bad in UK last year and the start of this year.

Seriously though with the leaks in the pipes and the cost of water it's scandalous.

Do they expect us all to make 100 tonne snowmen or something, I really dont get it???? How can this prevent flooding? Maybe we should all use snow for making cups of tea and coffee, or boil it all for our bath's.

A better idea would be to find your local torie politician and stuff a load down the back of their saville row suit.

Kind of....

But the real scandal is that half of the water collected by the water companies is lost through leaks in their pipes before anyone ever gets to drink it. Fine them heavily and you'll solve the water problem in the UK very quickly.
