Thank you for your reply. I have had a go, and it is quite hard. I can only do it for a short period of time as not getting enough air. I will keep going with this though as I think its worth exploring. I think all the decongestion products Ive used over the years have actually made the problem worse. And I do feel depersonalised sometimes, so it can do no harm.
