You have chosen a quote, to sum up the entire Bible, that is completely out of character with the prescribed Jewish law. It was, is fact, a Buddhist saying 500 years before the appearance of Jesus, who is credited with this statement.

You could interpret it that way. Or, you can look at human nature, and how the Hebrew people behaved just like everyone else, and took their land by means of war, rape and pillage, using their god as an excuse for bad behavior.

Why was this Hebrew god only interested in ethnic and religious cleansing just in the small area of the middle east where the Hebrew could walk or ride their camels to? Why didn't he care about the devil loving earth scum of Greece and other parts of Europe or Persia, India or Africa?

Maybe he thought He would try a nation in a zone that would do things his way. From what we understand the people living in that area knew it was alread spoken for and refused to leave. Little known but many of the people there were related to the Hebrews. Some of these relatives were spared and some were not. Maybe Israel was to serve as an object lession to the rest of the world in many ways. This would go a long way in explaining why their history has been faithfull to record all of their history the good and bad. Most national histories edit thier history or take the bite out of the reality. You will notive that the Hebrew history tells the good, the bad, and the ugly.

So god, who is all-powerful, decided that the most efficient way to spread his message was by talking to a few people somewhere in the middle east 2,000 years ago? Why not have a messenger In every city across the world? Is that too big of a task for him?

I guess he thought going around and killing and raping people in a tiny part of the world would be the best way.

The problem with this idea is that paul made it clear that he was the one to listen to in these areas. He also pointed out what it was and thereby noting the diffrence in what was being tought over here by some others as opposed to what he tought. If it were a matter of the two teaching the same and yet paul wanted only the glory of being know as the go to guy out of the two well you may have a case.
