I agree with what your saying, but I thought that this is why The Declaration of Independence was written,
my thoughts are, that we should return to the principles of our society, our forefathers saw what tyrants were capable of , and so insured we would have the tools to set right the wrongs against said society. we have strayed so far from our values, that we have become the enemy we fought so hard to defeat.

I think by taking an oath to the Constitution in a way we are re-declaring independence. We are stating simply that that document trumps all the laws that go against it.

As long as the majority of us are on the same page when the time comes is all I am concerned with. Opinions will differ but Liberty transcends petty differences in opinions. Even our founders didn't all agree on everything, it made for good conversations.

I think we are almost neighbors geographically from your profile location, so we may be meeting soon on the same side if push comes to shove, i'm from the northern part of the boot, and the majority around here are in agreement on these issues.
