Thanks ATA, that needed a star. This selective enforcement issue is getting
painfully front and center now. I wonder how far DOWN the food chain somebody
can get before they throw the book at you? I just need a quick metric, but it
seems like even that is up to some nebulous, quite undescribed parameters.
I really didn't check the facelift on the SCOTUS front... does Moses' footie
say "Equal Injustice Under the Color of Law" now? LOL or I'd be crying.
