Let me ask you all this? is using a 30 round clip to commit a massacre any different from using 3 10 round clips or 6 5 round clips? When someone is set on killing a large amount of people nothing will stop them, society is what corrupts the minds of people they are not born with these disorders! There is a much bigger picture here! As we all know they only change things when its for their own plans.
