Come across this yesterday whilst browsing on RT News. Dont think anybody has picked up on it and seems to tie in with everything else regarding China
at the moment.
Seems like the US military are concerened about the possible potential number of nuclear weapons that China may have stockpilled underground and how to tackle it if they become a threat.

Orders for the Commander of the US Strategic Command (STRATCOM) to submit a report on means of nullifying China’s underground tunnel network were outlined in the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) signed by President Barack Obama on January 2.
