Obama investing money into making people?!

Okay ATS. I was watching this video that Obama made yesterday on their website. Listen to where he talks about investing into "making people" 1:20 into the video.

If I misunderstood this, please can somebody inform me?

Well unlike the previous president mr bush, he is usually pretty good at being able to read a speech, however that's not to say he isn't human or makes mistakes. Though you can read what you want into that and get many different interpretations based on your own belief system.

It would be cool if he meant it as, making clones.
Probably more likely that he is talking about people making it through business.

I do think that genetic manipulation and cloning of humans will be used in a not to far future.
Weither we like it or not.
It will have many advantages but also some bad attributes to it.
Might as well get it started.

Just listened to the clip a couple of times he says "investments we need to make in people and science". So no smoking gun here, move along.
