I got punched in the face for asking for my receipt; literally.

He is bored with life, and so making a scene about a "hard copy of contractual obligation", seems like fun and so he tries to make this out to be more than it is......he must be one of "those" people.......we all know them.

He wanted this. Possibly to get a frivolous law suit and bleed tax payer money or this poor guys wallet who has to deal with him. OR, he is just wants to see the world burn.....

Nah, OP can't be one of those "just want to watch the world burn" people... Imagine how long it would take him to look down and whisper "no."

Because in order to emphasize my statements I need to deconstruct some terms
in order to parlay it's purpose, and the reason I'm so passionate and
not only passionate, but I do posses the right to this record. Now, and in the future.

And not only that, but I don't deserve to be told to get out for asking for it.
And then when I refuse to leave, I don't deserve to have my product taken,
and if he is not going to give me my receipt, and give me my product then I need my guarantee.
And I also don't deserve to be sworn at by the store clerk.

I was hoping that somebody could offer me some perspective. I don't want attention. I do want
people to follow regulations however and be subject to the penalties that are ascribed
their perpetrators.

Does that include you for punching a man twice?

Here is how a usual conversation with me is configured:

"You know, next time I want my receipt."
"Ok, well there's no need to take that tone of voice with me-"
"- Ok - I know. I'm sorry. Sometimes I can come off as rude and I don't mean
to be, but thank you."

Another dodge.

For once, ANSWER THE QUESTION.

Does that include you for punching a man twice?

Hopefully you guys won't be the individuals advocating for epigentic regulation in relation
to the precerebeller ponti nuclei.

The FMI (Fredrich Meiser Institute) in Europe is conducting neuro-regulation experiments,
and most likely these experiment's results will be used for eugenics and or
regulating Autism or Aspergers Syndrome.

Try it this way:
Because I'm trying to explain something to you, basically I am entitled to a receipt, and I want one.

I think the cashier was a stupid stupidy stupid pants with the biggest pair of stupid pants that ever lived (btw the dunning kruger effect says hi) and I should not have been banned from the shop (even though the management reserves the right to ban anyone at any time for any or no reason, and often delegates that right to the cashiers).

I honestly don't understand the second to last line.

I should not have been sworn at by the cashier (this bit I agree with, but is wholly irrelevant)

how about you admit to him on the spot that you were being rude and take that into account as it is happening since you knew you were. Everything that happened after you became the aggressor is what would have happened either way.

You hit another person for a piece of paper you would just end up throwing away as soon as you left the store.....

Hows that for perspective? You can dress that, the situation, or your self up in what ever vocabulary you like. You are not masking the fact that you ruined this guys day, his customers as well as your day.....over a slip of paper you just wanted so as to make a scene....

I've got some bad news for you buddy...

And no, the research isn't going to be used for eugenics. At all.

Then do us all a favor, and turn yourself in. Otherwise, you would be a hypocrite. You dont want to be a hypocrite now would you?

The Dunning Kruger effect doesn't apply to rationale. It only applies to unskilled people.

Like someone who uses the FOIA for absolutely every case they advocate against.

I'm using real terms that describe the acidic and saturated process' between the
conclusions that individuals within a situation adhere to.

Can you specifically define in three or more examples how I am a hypocrite or otherwise wrong in this case?

And the over use of superfluous words is just another tell tale sign of making up for inadequacy. As is punching a man twice over a receipt.

All I'm saying is, you think the cashier was stupid for reacting the way he did.

Now do the criss cross, do you think he thinks you're stupid for reacting the way you did?

Take yourself out of the equation for a minute, look at it objectively.

Three or more examples??? How bout I only need one. You demand a place give you your receipt and follow the law. Then you yourself need to follow the law and turn yourself in for assault by punching a man twice.

I don't think you guys understand the magnetism of the conversation and it's gravitational constants.

It's gravitational constants are me and the store clerk.

The electromagnetic reactions occurring are his statements of fact.

As I was telling him that I would like a guarantee in the future and that
I would also like him to stop swearing at me,

That's when he told me to get out and took my food and gave me my money back. No I didn't add that in, I only added it in now, but it's such a small part, so why nitpick over the fact that - then i received my change?

- And then I said that I refuse to leave because I want my food and he came around the
side of his counter and forcefully dragged me out of the store, or attempted to, and
then I responded by throwing a set of punches at him because
I had been grabbed and hit and swung in many ways and I was not happy
