1st time trying it tonight.

It is a Peruvian dish of marinated stirred fried steak w/soy sauce, beer. onions, tomatoes over french fries & white rice.

It's awesome - the Peruvians really know how to eat!

Yes, it is delicious.

Try

Pallea (mix of rice, chicken, sausage and shellfish)

Ceviche (raw fish marinated in lime juice, garlic. topped with red onions and cilantro)

Anticuchos (grilled marinated beef heart)

ohh. I tried that for the first time two weeks ago and I was in heaven. The soggy fries were even delicious. I can't wait to go back to the restaurant. They specialize in Peruvian roasted chicken and that was very, very tasty also.
