There's another Kerry sign in the distance behind her. I think this is a Kerry convention.

It looks like it's been pasted into the photo:


I can't tell if the sign is fake or not but adding that cigarette and part of another persons mouth can alter a persons appearance.

A liberal country music fan? This is not a typical Kerry supporter. Most likely one of the many disenfranchised conservatives that have been spawned over the past year or so.
