After they voted in Spain for the socialist party they were still having problems with radical Islamic terrorism....it never ended, and there were other attacks which they never attributed to ETA or islamic terrorists........

Spaniards are voting socialist for a reason and only one reason, they were brainwashed by the socialist party that it was just because of their government's support for Bush..... If that was so, then pray tell me why , after they voted for the socialist party, and their new government said their troops would leave Iraq, the police in Spain were able to find another islamic terrorist cell who blew themselves up as the police got close to them?..... They were ready to make another attack....

Islamic terrorist don't give a crap which form of government is in your country, socialist, republican, democrat, liberal, tryrany, dictatorships, etc...they want Islam and Sharia to be implemented in every country or to die killing as many infidels as they can... This is something most Spaniards, as well as many people in the world were not able to comprehend....

And I agree with the other member about your comment on the Berg tragedy.......that was really low on your part, since all evidence points that it was a real execution the beheaded body of that man was found...

Ok I'm probably going to get slammed for this one but.....I was wondering how much security there is at the voting centers. Everyone is expecting a terror attack to consist of planes, bombs, explosions etc. But suppose a terror attack was quiet, unexpected. Like maybe some form of biological warfare. Terrorists all over the US go in to voting booths pull the curtain and release a toxin that has no odor, taste or color but is infectious and deadly. No one knows a thing until hours, maybe days later, when people start dropping all over the place. They just think they have the flu and continue life spreading this infectious disease with none the wiser until suddenly there is an epidemic. I realize this would mean these guys would have to be registered to vote but we already know of a couple of Americans who support Al Queda. Is it that hard to believe that there could be 20 we don't know about who could go "cast their vote" and infect the largest cities in the country?

No big explosions. No single point for the people or media to rally around. No evidence other than the illness, alot of sick or dead Americans and maybe some voting booths. No way to point fingers except to speculate that since there was an Al Queda threat it must have been them. They could even claim responsibility and we still wouldn't know without a doubt. Would this cause America to mourn in silence?

CNN is reporting that the CIA cannot authenticate the tape. Remember the hostage hoax video made not so long ago. Maybe this is a similar "prank", who knows.

President Bush replied I've seen it already Tenet directed it.

I have no doubt that this tape is authentic. I watched a portion of it on FOX last night, however ITV.com is claiming that the tape is 75 minutes long. 75 MINUTES! Why did I only see roughly 15 seconds of this tape? Why are they hiding this from the american people.

How difficult is it to tell if this tape is real or not?

Hypothetically, what if this tape was actually of an american al-qaeda member already in the United States? What if he's not in Pakistan.

I'm just full of questions.

I could not say give an opinion without seeing the whole tape, but I doubt that will ever happen.

I was also thinking along the lines that it may be an American member or follower. But with the timing of this release I am still not convinced it is real. Its very convinient, but in saying that it could also just be coincidence.

This video is creepy. The speaker is a bit odd. Definately has american ties. His manerisms show evidence of that. Anyone know wharer more of it can be seen?

Im going to download this tape now, I was thinking of an unexpected attack on America and someone here mentioned bombing Wal-Marts, i dont know how big your supermarket type places are over there but the ones over here usually have about 100-200 max at any one time, but theres also big shopping centres like Manchesters trafford centre.

So they could easily run a van packed with explosive into lets say 20-30 of these places at the same time.

How many people could a wal-mart hold at peak times?

You are right it does look like Michael Moore - must be looking to make another "documentary". Always helps to create your facts.

Its still not been authenticated thats strange i thought the CIA and FBI authenticated it yesterday.

I just watched the video and seriously whoever that Azzam is needs to invest in some better acting lessons.

Is it me or does this guy just seem not totally emotional, like hes trying to "act" angry over America or something, he just acts strange.

When he expresses himself with his hands it just doesnt seem right at all.

I for one am happy they are taking their time in reviewing this tape. Remember a while back when we rushed to announce we captured Al Qeada's communications guru? It turned out Pakistan was using him in a sting operation and our announcement blew it.

I understand that everyone is anxious to see the tape. Am I curious to see the tape? Absolutely. But, by me seeing the tape will I be better prepared for an attack. Absolutely not. I would be willing to bet that not one person on ATS (except the government observers) would benefit by an early release of this tape.

IMO, this is propoganda to scare the American voters. If it were a trigger, I don't think it would have been delivered to ABC.

The CIA DID Authenticate the tape, and now they are backing away from that Authentication. I think perhaps they are noticing some inconsistencies with other tapes from As-Sahab. Course that's just my personal opinion.

so what kind of attacks do you think we can expect? i personally dont think that it will be by air again. im thinking many multiple ground based explosions to create a sense of extreme confusion.

Its going to be an unexpected attack so whatever we guess it aint going to be that, although if we think it isnt going to be another air attack it could well be just that because we think that it aint, if you get me.

I realize this is a conspiracy board but that was in poor taste. the man is dead and was killed in a grusome manner...dont trivialze it, at least have some respect for his family.

I'm sorry to have offended anyone. In fact I do have respect for Berg and his family. And I agree with his father Michael Berg, who believes the US has had a lot more to do with his son's death than they're admitting.

No one knows who killed Berg, and no one can prove who made the video. But there is no doubt that the video itself is a faked execution. There is also no denying the video surfaced at just the right time for the buzz to be all about beheading instead all about Abu Ghraib.

IMO, the objectionable ones are those who used the death of the poor man, and further traumatized his family, for political purposes, to draw public attention away from their war crimes.

This whole scene reeks of newly-appointed CIA director Porter Goss and state sponsored terrorism. Pump up the fear, vote for Bush. Yikes.
