Quick question. I found a picture that I'd like to use as my avatar, and I'm pretty sure I know how to upload it. But I can't, or don't know how, to resize it. Now lemme see if I can make it show up....

I can't figure out how to paste it in my post. Oh well. I need to resize that thing. And maybe put, "Observe Ignorance", or something like that at the bottom. That's what I want. I'd appreciate any and all help.
