In Texas we have militia groups in every major area and most areas have multiple groups... with hundreds and even thousands of members for some groups and there is probably millions of members in the United States. The government is not the only group that can be organized and trained on how to protect their community in a time of need. Most of the guys are prior police/military/seals/special forces... from what I have heard
