Chinese Zoo visitors pelt frightened lions with SNOWBALLS

Not funny! The lions are in an enclosure, if someone takes pleasure in causing an animal fear, confusion( in this case) or pain while it can't escape or defend itself, they're disturbed. As usual, the human falls short when it comes to respect. Don't zoos have staff in China to control the real beasts!? That picture makes my blood boil!

Yes, we all (mostly) had snowball fights at some time or another.

But the operative word here is Fights. I don't see the lions throwing any snowballs, nor would i expect to see one. Therefore, hardly a fight. More like stupid people terrorizing an already captured animal for their own amusement.

Also, yes the photo is kind of funny, and if it was of a single snowball, my perspective would be entirely different. But considering this was multiple people, many snowballs, and obviously not a one-off, I take a dim view of this.
