So basically this guy researched as much as he could online, and was stopped by the police? Dang...

Those beds totally are the same though, that's creepy and pretty horrible to think about.

I am greatly aware of the Portuguese Law of Criminal Defamation. For any blogger or journalist who supplies credible leads mentioning any Portuguese national there would await the risk of a ‘European Arrest Warrant’ issued by Portugal’s Police through an INTERPOL cover-up.

The info on Britt Lapthorne is ghastly... why the hell was both of her legs and one arm removed? Upper teeth etc? info provides possible reason and connection of two other victims but not sure about that.

It's not just the beds, look at the background better. Those pictures were taken in the same style of room. Looks to be a hotel room by the placement and style of the telephone.

The rooms seem to have a European feel to them, could these girls be getting kidnapped in Aussie land, and get transported to Estonia? (Just a thought)

well the info I am reading on from the link suggests that...

organised network and to see the same women who are missing in the same room is astonishing.
major crime going on here.

kudos to the guy who spotted them and saw the similarities, jewellery etc. Rather than receiving death threats he should have been rewarded but that is what happens when a person finds a lead.

and even to find the possible link of the 3 victims (including Britt Lapthorne) is incredible. Why seize pictures?

This kinda thing makes my skin crawl.

It;s like the real life version of the film Taken...only there are no Liam Neeson like hero's to save these girls, and the people who should don't seem to want to know.

Makes you wonder how much money has exchanged hands to allow this to happen.

A better idea may be to send all this information to the families of the girls....I'm sure their anger couldn't be held in check and they would end up going political.

Or maybe some of them *are* connected. Were they part of an escort service perhaps? You always have to watch out for escort services. I have been solicited to be in an escort service and the whole thing had me kind of freaking out.

What I have a problem with is the one that went missing in 78 and then returned. I don't see any connection there... but again, it's late and maybe I'm missing something again.

could be the one that went missing in 78 was kept somewhere else and used for underground purposes...the vid image is accurate. mind blowing stuff.

yeah well done for pointing it out. I just spent some time working the dates out with respect to each person who has gone missing...well Barbara Brown dob 1955, missing in 1978 (aged 22) so that means the image would have to have been taken late 70s early 80s otherwise she would be over 50 years of age now if produced between 2002 & 2004 to fit in with the others...

so that must mean the room has gone unchanged for 30 odd years and Barbara Brown's image in it would have to have been taken late 70s early 80s.

also hairline of Amber doesn't appear to be the same but angle of image, bit hard to be definite about it.

just searched manors and country estates in the NSW region...see if I can find anything else online regarding the room...if it is a privately owned home... fat chance of finding another image...but whoever suggested hotel room, maybe right...

I don't know...it wouldn't make sense for this to be done in hotel rooms, seems too open and in your face.

I'd think that any group with the clout and organisation to move people from one country to another undetected or by paying off officials would easily have the resources to set up their own place.

The only way of finding the room would probably be by scouring prostitution sites in the hope of finding a match.

One thing I am confused about: How did the 'hotel' images come about? Did he find them on some porn website? Prostitution website?

Second, with the exception of the first match, the others do not look like the people from the missing photos.

Finally, the 5th person is said to have returned but I cannot find much about her on the net. So if this was something that was up to no good, wouldn't she have blown the lid off the whole thing?

I remember reading somewhere that Hostel was a metaphor for forced prostitution, that the point of the film was to try and make men appreciate just a little bit what it would be like for a woman forced into the sex trade.

That's probably not far from what we are seeing here if true.
