You say this could have been avoided if she hadn’t been afraid of the man who broke into her house carrying a crowbar. I would like you to take a second and just ponder that statement. Seriously what is going on in your head I wonder? It is almost like you expect her to offer him a beer or something. She gave him a lead sandwich and her kids now know their mom can and will protect them. I doubt they are traumatized well maybe a little but they are probably proud of her for being strong enough to protect them.

We will just have to disagree on the intruders motives. I believe he was looking for victims.
