There are many people out there with this message. There's always room for more, including the OP, and anyone else who has increased their awareness and have become disillusioned with their religious group.

My father once told me you won't always find the devil in the bar, but in the pew at church.

You may want to read John chapter 15 if you believe that we are all saved and there is no hell !!!

This thread is not about hell. I am here to bring people into the light of love not to spread fear and darkness.

Well I guess Jesus must have been a little too harsh for some people . His crucifixion was pretty overwhelming . The call of the Holy Spirit must have lost it's power . Carry on!

I am following the same path you are. Over the last 3 years I have lost weight, improved my health, lost almost all of the anger and fear of life through "living it, loving it and healing it", no matter what it is. Even the fear that is sometimes brought up by reading some of the posts on this site. I simply feel the fear, I totally experience it and while I am feeling it, I love it and realize it is only a manifestation of a thought form inside of my subconscious and forgive it and let it go. The fear then leaves me and I know that the power of the one God you speak of is working in my life.

By confronting every emotion that is unlike love that I experience during the day I have found that they are all illusions I generate on a subconscious level. As soon as they are confronted and forgiven and released they loose all power over me. However I have found that the process is like cleaning up a big messy pile and as soon as you have cleaned up one level of it, after a few weeks a new deeper level will come up and have to be dealt with. Over time the new flare ups are becoming more and more spread out.

The same goes for events and people in my life. When they are angry or mean to me. I feel the anger and energy and love it and forgive and send love back to them. I have found that breaking these loops create freedom as they will quickly go out and search for others to complete the anger loops (anger in/anger out). It has also taught me that all events are just events and it is only my fear and anger which give them power over me. By loving them I have been able to see through the illusion of events and find greater peace.

All of the vices we use to distract ourselves from facing these thought forms (porn, smoking, drugs, ect.) are all tied to a seperate thought form inside of us that creates the vice to keep us distracted from it. When we face it, love it and release it, we begin to make room for the awesome power of God to begin filling our lives. And we give ourselves the freedom to be who we really are, rather than thought form controlled puppets. This is what finding yourself is.

May each of you find God in your own way this year, When it starts to fill you, you will understand who has really found god and who hasn't. You will not preach (like I'm doing now some would say) You will state your belief with no attachment or judgement of who listens to or acts on your words, you will only love them unconditionally and realize that what ever is going on it is perfect and good.

May you all Live, Love, and Forgive (heal) this year.

It is good to see how many people are coming into a relationship with the loving God. It is amazing the different stories, all a little different yet still strikingly similar. I think people have put too much faith in religion and not enough faith in God and love. Their religion has become a stumbling block to them. Any message that does not sound like the message they hear at church frightens them. I wish they could let go of their religion and simply learn to love.

Yes learning does seem to have many layers. Love is far more complex and yet amazingly easier to share than we are taught by this world.

I am a Child of God given Liberty through the Final and Ultimate Blood Sacrifice of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ the Only Begotten Son of God to proclaim the true and pure Word of God and to proclaim His Word and His Word alone. God's Word plainly states: "There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus." — Galatians 3:28

Well said, OP!

We are all on different paths to the Sacred/God/Creator. Jesus' message was love and that often gets lost in organized religion. Love your neighbour; my neighbours are Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, and so on. A good person is a good person.

There is one God; he is in everything, including each of us.

Welcome to the one world religion.

Revelation 13:1-8

Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. 2 Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. 4 So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, “Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?”

5 And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. 6 Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. 7 It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. 8 All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

That fits in perfectly with the church and the version of Jesus they created. People from all around the world are in wonder of him and follow (worship) him. The churches version of Jesus was mortally wounded and healed just like the beast too.

Rome founded the Catholic church, the very first official church that spawned all the other denominations we have today. Rome has seven hills just as the beast has seven heads and around the time Revelation was written Titus, the tenth emperor of Rome, ruled. The tenth emperor represents the ten horns and crowns on the seven heads (hills).

And before you go and say Revelation is based solely on a vision from the future, let me point you to this:

Revelation 1

19 Write, therefore, what you have seen, what is now and what will take place later.

The chapter you cited is about Paul and the church twisting Jesus' message and turning him into the beast. Paul is the dragon that gave the beast its power, and it was of his own making.

That fits in perfectly with the church and the version of Jesus they created. People from all around the world worship him and he was fatally wounded but healed just like the beast.

He was more than wounded, he was killed and he's not the Beast, if you knew anything about scripture you'd know that. We didn't "create" a version of Jesus, he hails back to the hebrew bible and was written of 1500 years before he arrived.

Here's one from King David:

Psalm 40:6-8

6 Sacrifice and offering You did not desire;
My ears You have opened.
Burnt offering and sin offering You did not require.
7 Then I said, “Behold, I come;
In the scroll of the book it is written of me.
8 I delight to do Your will, O my God,
And Your law is within my heart.”

Which is in line with

John 5:39-40

39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. 40 But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life.

John 5:45-47

45 Do not think that I shall accuse you to the Father; there is one who accuses you—Moses, in whom you trust. 46 For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote about Me. 47 But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe My words?”

At the time Jesus said this the only scriptures in existence was the hebrew bible, what we call the old testament. Guess ya don't know as much as ya thought ya did.

Mortally wounded means death is not far off. Jesus was mortally wounded (killed) then healed (resurrected). It is a clear reference to the crucifixion in my opinion.

Have you read Revelation 12? It speaks of a woman giving birth to a baby who is devoured by the dragon who swept a third of the stars to the sky.

The dragon is Rome and they were pagan which means they worshiped stars and planets and used constellations and movements of the sun to create and perpetuate their gods and their myths, this represents the dragon sweeping stars to the Earth.

The woman is Mary and the baby is Jesus, whom the dragon (Rome) devoured and turned into the beast. It's pretty obvious in my opinion.

Moses spoke of Jesus as well as me, he spoke of the I Am. Exodus 3:14 is a good reference to look at. God said that he was the I Am, we are all the I Am, a.k.a. consciousness.

Unless I try harder, I see nothing wrong with your logic. A very careful, thoughtful and open read of the New Testament gives a better understanding for those willing to take the time. The ONLY way to Heaven, and path to a better life while waiting, however, is a very vivid experience with a very literal personage known as Jesus, who is indeed quite alive and available for those who can see through to it, and that's what Jesus told Nicodemus, you must be born again to see the Kingdom Of God. But I'm not quick to judge those who haven't had the profound experience that some of us have had, either. God has a different way and different time for each of us.

My experience brought me to the point of being born again, but it took a while. My life was such a mess, and I had nowhere to turn, that I shook my fist and challenged God. I said I wanted a personal visit, not Bible studies with moldy books. And then, being a bit of smart alec, said that to prove that I hadn't had a dream, would He leave some candy bars on my nightstand.

Well, I can tell you that God wasn't really thrilled about having a punk like me talk to Him like that, and for some time I really suffered, I mean really suffered. But then while reading a book about how to get God's attention, more specifically an in depth discussion about the Beautitudes (Matthew 5, first several verses), I gradually began to strengthen my appreciation for Jesus and the plan of salvation. But by then my strength had withered so badly that I could hardly walk, and one day collapsed on the bed. At that point, something of immense power, or rather somebody, jumped off the nightstand, hovered over me, and said "Indescribably Delicious" - and I was at the same time overcome with the most indescribable and delicious feeling. This immense power, or as I soon understood was the Holy Spirit," picked me up and I was then saturated with the most intense quality of mercy that I could have never imagined, and also swept up and taken with great force to Jesus, though at the time hadn't a clue as to what was going on. As I approached the 2nd major stop on this journey, another immense power saturated me with a welcoming, cosmic embrace while speaking the words "Union Of All Things." These were the words, but this was NOT just anything or anybody, this was the spirit of Jesus Christ, no question about that whatsoever. Overhead was a simple crown of gold, ethereal gold, but far more real and vivid than physical gold, plus it being made of the very royal character of Jesus Himself, that's right, all things in the spirit world of the Kingdom is made of the very presence of God.

I stopped for a short while under the crown, and was bathed in sparkling jewels of kindness. Then, suddenly, I was thrust into such brilliant light that I couldn't see at first, like walking into bright sun from a dark room. In a short while, I could tell that I was being carried aloft at great speed and could soon make out a blue ribbon in the distance. Soon, I could see that this was a river, and I was briefly slowed and turned towards it as if blown by a wind, but this wind was waves of extreme love of such grand and glorious character that you cannot explain in any wordly terms. I was then taken closer to the river, which then spoke specifically to me, the River Of Life, and you could feel life flowing from the river with these words. On either side were huge canyon walls, and as I was taken down the river, was increasingly overtaken with exquisite ecstasy. When approaching a bend in the river, the feelings were so overwhelming that it seemed impossible to face the increasingly sense of delight and peace. But before rounding the bend, pop, it all went off like a TV set. I was next only aware that the first character that had swept off the nightstand was now carrying me in His arms, actually, rocking me as if I were a baby. The spirit had also assumed a sort of amorphous but vaguely distinct shape of a large man with a huge smile on His face as He rocked me to and fro.

Well, so, of course, I was a bit upended by this experience, to say the least, but the rest of the world hadn't seemed to notice, and even many "Christians" didn't believe it. It was particularly non convincing in many churches, because they take certain Bible passages to mean that you cannot be born again unless you speak in tongues, which I never have in the 31 years since then. Not every church has such odd hangups, though, many of them are made up of people who have all had similar experiences and have no trouble recognizing that I am, like them, indeed, born again.

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, you MUST be born again to see the Kingdom of God." Jesus to Nicodemus, asking how a person could get to Heaven.

One thing that perhaps needs a bit of explanation, that being the term "Indescribably Delicious." That used to be the slogan for Peter Paul Almond Joy candy bars, and was frequently said during TV commercials advertising them. So, if you didn't catch the humor there, those were the candy bars I'd insisted on.

You weave a nice picture there, but it's got some bad threads in it. You claim there is no separation, but God disagrees.

Matthew 10:21 - "And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death."

You claim God is in everyone, but that isn't so, either. God isn't in those that have not invited Him.

Luke 17:20-23 - "And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them."

He doesn't just push His way in, unwanted. He isn't in people that won't even acknowledge that He's real.

Your claim does not agree with the Word of God. You want to toss out the Church entirely, not even understanding what the term really means. The Church isn't a building, or a denomination; the Church is the body of believers in Christ as Savior. Local churches can, and do, make errors, but you reject the entire concept, the very bride of Christ.

Jesus was prophesied for hundreds of years before He came. Accurately. He did everything the prophets were told he would do. Not all accept Him, and not all are saved. To claim otherwise is to call Him a liar.

Salvation isn't about this or that denomination, but it is about the truth. It is about the Savior, and not all will see that. Telling people otherwise places them in eternal danger. That isn't showing love. A parent that didn't warn their children of danger would not be a good parent. There is a real danger to disregarding what He tells us about eternity. There are many that will make the wrong choice. Assuming all is well, and no choice is needed, is the wrong choice.

I would like to present to you one paragraph that I believe is the message in the New Testament, the good news.

There is one God; he is in everything, including each of us.

The New Testament seems to disagree. "Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father; the one who confesses the Son has the Father also" (1 John 2:23).

There is no religion, no separation, only that which we create. We all have one father...

"You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father" (John 8:44a).

...and there is only one ministry and this ministry has but one law. Love. He sent his son, the firstborn of his creation to tell us we were forgiven for everything we have done against love. Jesus also told us that the father had only one command, to love. And if we would choose to believe in him than he too would become a part of us, there to help us overcome sin just as he did. The father resurrected Jesus to prove that he gave his son authority to tell us these things. He wants us all to understand him but we have to be willing to believe he can teach us all things. We can know love and choose love when we believe in this message.

This message is for everyone, I too have been made a son and although I am not the Christ, far from it indeed, I am on the path that leads towards being like him.

There is no religion, we are all under the same God, and we are all under the same Judgment. Any separation is created by man not by God. Jesus did not come to create separation; he came to bring all humanity together under one God. It is man who created separation by establishing the church.

"Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? I tell you, no, but rather division; for from now on five members in one household will be divided, three against two and two against three. They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law" (Luke 12:51-53).

You cannot sell a message that does not belong to you. The church needed a message to sell and they came up with an interpretation that was not allowed to be challenged. Each break in the church is simply a different man selling a slightly different interpretation.

I do not judge these men as the gospel clearlystates that all authority was put into place by God. So as these men were placed by God only he can be their judge. Although I disagree with their message I do not separate myself from them, I only encourage them to become like me.

What I give you I give you freely because I do not own the message. I must work with my hands because I am a man just like you. A man with faith much like you. A man with a gift much like you.

For anyone who reads the paragraph above and could believe in a love, a message, a brotherhood as beautiful as this please pray for me. I believe that I have been called by God to bring this message to the world by laying out an interpretation of the New Testament that will show that the message above is indeed the message Christ brought to the world. Rather not I but the power of the Holy Spirit that is at work inside of me.

With love and prayer to all my brothers and sisters,

Thank you for the inspiration Wild and Akragon

Your message does not sound like the message of the New Testament or Jesus of Nazareth to me. However, you seem to agree with the New Testament in areas such as the supremacy of love.

Please don't think I'm raggin' on ya. I appreciate the heart behind this post, but I can't say that it is the message of the New Testament when I can plainly read the text for myself and see that it contradicts some of your points.

Cheers,
Cody
