Hi ATSers,

I've been lurking around ATS for almost half a year and the way I see the world now is different

I also experience tons of changes in my life (and some of these happened this year and they are very disturbing to me, which I will share in some of my threads later)
And for all of these changes, I thank you all for the all the posts in ATS

Yesterday, I decided to join because I need to find some answer from the experience people here (before it is too late for me.)

So guys, I hope I can help making ATS a better place. And thank you very much.

See you soon,

Welcome to ATS!

It seems like many, many people are going through some kind of transformation right now with many troubles in ordinary life.

I try to keep a positive mindset and since a few years I have started to consciously work on my mind and body in Falun Dafa Qi Gong. The principle to follow in daily life in Falun Dafa is Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance in daily life.

If we embrace our own destiny and take each setback as a good test of our tolerance and endurance I think real progress is being made. Another point is to always stay positive and cherish other people despite their shortcomings.

Anyway, I am sure things can improve for you and I wish you all the best in your future!

PS: Here you can learn more about how to improve mind and body - does not cost a cent: Falun Dafa Qi Gong

Welcome dodol...

Yesterday, I decided to join because I need to find some answer from the experience people here (before it is too late for me.)

That's a bad goddamn need to find the answer yourself, just gather the info unbiasedly.

Cya on the boards...
