It is depressing but it begs the question what does the government do with someone like this?
do we lock her up for the future possibly of killing someone or something?

I don't think thats a road we need to go down.Should she be ostracized?
Should there be another type of facility for people like this?Maybe an isolated island for like people?
They can all have fun killing and maiming each other?

Yep, she sounds bonkers.....I would go as far to say if she put all her energies into politics instead of airing her sick fantasies for all the world to see she would make a fine political leader...she has all the attributes required.

She actually committed a act. One that is a telltale sign of a killer in the making, that and she said she'd like to kill people also. This isn't thoughts without actions, I agree thoughts should be able to be had but when evidence of something more is evident something has to be done. We prosecute people for viewing child porn and label them pedophile's, you can find them on a website and occasionally a store front window. So why not a bulletin for people who like to torture and kill animals? A warning board if you will.

These smiling people, when they do these cruel acts, it's a real lack of empathy, I have a bunch of cats living here and they are treated very well and they think I am a god.
And to think of what these people do to animals makes my imagination cringe.

But would it really bother me to see a vivisection, disemboweling, etc., being performed on one of these miscreants to see how long their smile lasts?

To say yes, am I even better than them, or would it be a real sense of justice?

Imagine Kayla Bourque suffering like the cats and dogs she had such fun with, would she like that?

Do they even imagine themselves being tortured and how unpleasant it would be, or do they just see it as payback for life's struggles?

And by looking at her Youtube favourites, she gravitates toward the gore. I wonder if Youtube, facebook, twitter, etc. is a good source to spot serial killer suspects, I would almost presume so, because a lot of them are proud of what they do and really hate keeping out of the limelight.

They are defective people.

That kind of attitude is more towards the kind of non caring, non feeling psychopathy she is displaying than its opposite.

Because we're not animals, and not demons would be my answer.

That she be healed, safe and freed, along with anyone she ever contacts. Obviously can't do it up close, not many are going to take that risk. But she's also a brother, sister, mother, father, family and needs Love.

Eh? I have to prove I worked in a mental ward to you? erm nope.
How exactly can I prove that some of my patients got better? tell you details of them etc? sorry no can do due to patient confidentiality.
Just do a bit of research and you will find out many people who have suffered a mental illness can be helped to be able to function normally in society.
Remember about 7% of men and about 1.7% of women are are Psychopaths, most can function in society but the ones who can not normally have other mental conditions such as personality disorders etc.
I do not work in mental health anymore due to nearly having a breakdown due to the work, I got out before I got ill myself.
My ward had a very high breakdown rate for the workforce and my company even had a unit just to help it's workforce. I lasted much longer than many but I still do voluntary work in the field just talking with people.
I also try and get rid of the stigma of mental illness by talking about it to folk and try to dismiss the myths that plague the poor souls who suffer from it.

I can't believe that this actually made it to the ATS. I know this person because she is a relative, although not a close relative. Not by blood or even by intermarriage by a blood relative, but through adoption from Romania. I was briefly able to have one or two conversations online with Kayla. She is as smart intellectually as they come, very knowledgeable and very well informed. She told me that when she was born in Romania, that she was chosen to be part of a program that was being run by the then communist dictator some 23 years or so ago. He was building an army of secret police who would follow orders without question and show absolutely no remorse for killing. The reason she told me that she was chosen was because of her family history. They wanted only those who's history showed the traits she herself possesses. One of her goals was to do extensive research on the program she was chosen for.

Her adoptive parents were told she had been rescued from the facility at about three months. They were planning to keep her from birth to train to kill and obey without question. But they adopted her anyway. The father, who has since died from other circumstances was on to her violent behavior. She had been in a mental facility for once attempting to stab another young girl to death for the sheer pleasure of it. She once cut another girl just to watch her pain and bleed. Anyways, the traits were there all along.

The dictator was killed and his power was taken away a short time after the fall of the Berlin wall. We will never know what horrible things they were doing to the people they wanted to become the super killers.

She will probably attempt to carry through with her wishes to kill because it is part of her DNA. They should have kept her locked up for the sake of anyone around her.

Again find her family background something that should be researched. Along with criminology as her choice. Reminds me of the aurora case where someone was implicated/involved/set up perhaps, who came from neurology sciences. So she has this problem and is somehow in criminology courses. Makes you really wonder at the level of darkness, rituals, and dark side run, criminology department goings on, and the implications for all those connected with this field of work ie. police, guards, probation officers, judges, etc. Makes me wonder....

That is it. Black Ops. Makes alot of sense and no wonder she was taking criminology. She needs prayers, and rescuing, alot of positive energy sent to her. She needs to break free from that control. Can only imagine what kind of breaking and violence, and desensitization went into that program. Just like milabs and mkultra.

There is just no way I could/would ever trust any person who inflicts abominable cruelty on animals. Even if they were deemed 'rehabilitated'.

There is something wired up wrong in their heads - I doubt you can rehabilitate that.

The innocent public have a right to be safe and protected from such a potentially dangerous mental case, rather than be exposed to serious risk of harm just so some murderous minded nutjob can live a 'normal' life.

Never mind the rights of the criminally insane - shouldn't the rights of tax-paying, law-abiding citizens to live in a safe society and environment, come first?

I'm sorry but NO there is no difference. If you can set a living earthly being on fire you can also do it to another species with ease. There are only similarity's between the two, mostly no empathy towards anybody else besides yourself. These tendencies are certainly not 'treatable' but instead it can occur a person stops doing these evil deeds for a variety of reasons. That's all.

Should we provide amnesty to those who have stopped - not in my book, no.

So if you are saying this in earnest and ARE in fact related to her, did SHE tell you this? Or was this like a family issue. Was she the one suspecting such, or was this like something your entire family talked about.

I ask because it sounds like the typical story an adopted orphan makes up about his/ her possible past to cope with being rejected by their biological parents. They make elaborate stories about how or why they were abandoned either vilifying or aggrandizing their biological parents.

You have been here some time so I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you wouldnt lie outright over this one issue. BUT

Also I think we are familiar with Romanians. Europeans know them very well. They tend to be VERY violent. Their country would not have the infrastructure to support a super soldier program like the one you describe. The USSR could not do much of anything really after the mid 80´s except do patch work on the POS everything.

I understand your point but considering a large amount of the society having psychopathic tendencies,(i would say around 3%) what would you suggest authorities to do with them?...Are you saying they are all untreatable and have to be dealt with more extreme options?...Are there enough prisons to put them all in?..Is it humane to put them all in sleep regardless of the degree of their disorder?....Killing a cat might look too harsh and gruesome to most of us but at the same time we are all indirectly involved in killing animals to feed ourselves every single day.Some would even proudly do it with their bare hands!...Not that i justify that at all ,but you know what i mean.
