I replied to this one but will address elements of your original post.
I would like to add i have had times where i felt an evil prescience while i lay in my bed but i think everyone has experienced that. I just
always connected it with being fearful.
Do you still feel that presence after your experience? I ask that because it sounds like
(and I say that carefully), sounds like you had an
"intervention". Let me explain. And this is just my opinion, others disagree...
So im having a dream i am in a 3 story building which is all white...
Buildings in dreams are said to reflect or mirror the real us. Some dream of boats, cars or castles, you dream of a white 3 story building. You can
tell a lot about your life, your emotions, past traumas, habits, etc, by looking around your dream house. Is it clean or messy? Dark or well lit? That
is a reflection of who you are as a person. When we are in our "house" our soul is in our body. When we are outside our house, we are out of body.
In this 3 story building im playing hide and seek with 2 other people i do not know i didn't see them i just knew they were there. I go to
the bottom floor of this building open one of the doors and sit on one of the beds.
People we meet that we don't know or see but somehow seem familiar or "friendish" are there to guide us to the experience we are about to have.
Some think they might be family members or what some call guides or "angels". You are in your "house" on a ground floor or basement and waiting
for whatever they are preparing you for.
I guess i assumed this would be a good hiding spot while im sitting there waiting to be found i start playing a game on my phone, the phone
then prompts me to become awakened i click the button.
Neat. Like waiting for the "doctor"?
All of a sudden in real life i wake up i feel like i am being lifted out of my bed and a ball of energy or light was forming in my abdomen and
being sucked out of me. I prayed to god to help me in this situation.
My best guess as to what happened to you is that that "fearful" presence that has been with you was "being removed". Forcibly evicted from you,
and you got to see it happen. Thats really cool. And
It felt like all of my energy was being ripped out of me but it didn't hurt at all it actually was pleasant but none the less it freaked me
out. It felt like it lasted for about 3 minutes and i wouldn't open my eyes because i was fearful of what i would see.
Thats how you know this "ball of light" was not you: because "you" are watching "it" leave
your body. You "prayed" (for help) while
this was occurring, thats wonderful. You also know it was out of your hands or control because you were witness to it happening but aren't
controlling the scene (you closed your eyes not to see).
Everything subsided and i still felt tingly all over and very very exhausted i laid in my bed for a few hours trying to wrap sense over what
had just occurred.
It may have taken longer than you think (you were "exhausted"). And tingly (people report that when they are "visited" and have these
"experiences"). "Tingly" is a good thing. What happened to you was beautiful. We don't choose the time or place for these things to occur.
I asked you in the beginning pf this post whether you thought the "frightening presence" had subsided or not. It may take time to realize this. It
may also return. You may encounter it around you again, pray when that happens and be strong in the knowledge (faith) that you have been delivered
from it and that you are "protected" by forces we don't understand.
Revel in your "deliverance". Be thankful. Its a beautiful day!
