Oh! No need to apologize. I wasn't offended. But yeah I understand what you mean. Chemical imbalance is often misconstrued as lack of discipline and/or neglect of some sort. It's a shame really. But I think that's one of the reasons they are so prone to giving out pills as well. So many kids have been misdiagnosed that now they're not taking any chances.

What's wild is that if this were written 50 years ago, it would ring just as true, same as if it were written 100 years in the future.

Gotta call BS on this. No, you can't beat the crap out of your kids, but that has never been shown to produce good kids anyway. As others have said, "we" have not failed, but a lot of parents have. I think a big contributing factor is most kids not having a stay-at-home parent (or only having one parent.). Raising children the right way is hard - sending them to someone else to supervise and prevent death for the majority of their waking hours and then drugging them into a docile stupor - well, that's easy, which is why so many choose that way.

The way our economy is (for decades now) it's difficult to not have both parents working, but the least they could do is put some effort in when they are with their kids. That's the #1 priority, and if you're failing in that, then yes, you have failed. If you think your kids will leard right from wrong by being beaten, well, PM me, and I'll send you an address where you can mail me large amounts of cash to invest as I see fit.

Interesting....I'm one of those "touchy feely" women you go on so much about. I raised mine and all are doing fine. My kids all knew where the bear did his business in the woods and the consequences of not following the rules. It has nothing to do with whether you are male or female, but upon your personal skill set. I played boys sports with the boys, did girl things with my girls. Taught them all how to fend for themselves, take care of themselves and to be a success in life. None, including my daughter, are sissies. None have raised holy cain in school or shot anyone. They all knew that besides punishment at school, there would be punishment at home. If they got suspended, they didn't a free vacation for a few days. They stayed in a cubicle in the office of the school all day and did the work they were supposed to cover that day. They were 100% held responsible for their actions. I'm 49, and trust me, I'm no dummy. ALL of my kids have IQs in the 140s and 150s. I made sure they were kept occuppied and not able to run the streets at will.

Frankly sir, I'm insulted.

Feminism is to blame for this. Because of feminism, it is more profitable for women to get married and then get divorced...take the husband for all he is worth. The future of the husband is either destitution or in and out of jail the better part of his natural life. He either lives in jail or makes the decision to split and leave...never to be found again. This breaks the families apart leaving the children with no "father figure" and no assertive authority figure....as women just don't have that aggressive tone that makes a child rethink what they are doing. I know I have 2 daughters and they don't feat their mother in the least and do not take her demands or threats seriously. I have but to speak a word of authority and they instantly listen.

So, to reiterate...men have no benefits to getting married anymore. Both parties...men and women are now working full time, and there is no one around for children, who's natural law of existence is to get in trouble. Most fathers are locked up in jail or on the run, being demonized by the feminist following mother's who orchestrated all of this disaster on her family...out of her own selfishness and greed.

The father's are called dead-beats for not giving the woman all she wants despite the insane amounts of money wanted each month leaving him barely, if even enough to survive on.

Many of the mother's use their children's money, given by the father, on themselves and then complain to the courts that they are not getting enough for the bills or a child's scholarship...pretty much whatever the woman wants...the woman gets.

So with the father's in jail, or on the run from an impossible situation, while the mother get's coddled and pampered about being such a victim...when it was her who orchestrated the whole event.

In addition, the mother's working full time and taking all of the positions that men held in the working world, thus becoming the new "bread winner", and the man, in essence, has no choice but to be the new "wife". This is all about emasculation of the man...and nothing more. After all is said and done, the child has no one left but themselves and their troubled friends who are in the same situation.

This was all a plan from the beginning.

Let feminism hide behind the facade of womanhood, ridicule women who do not support the movement, empower the female, while removing all rights from men....of their money, their jobs, property and the rights to their own children. Pretty much, just destroy the will of men.

This will split up the American and UK families....make criminals out of their children or send them to their deaths fighting wars of lies, make weak-willed fathers that will be easy for the police state to control and destroy. Give women everything.... and when the police state is setup....take everything that was given to the women ....all back.

True equality will be established then....as we will all be obedient cattle or all be in a FEMA prison.

I would personally like to thank all of the women who supported this Feminist crap. I hope you are happy with what you have traded for your own selfishness and greed. You have traded America and American families for your own financial gain.You have used and abused husbands for some story from the 20's ...in a time they nor you existed and you have punished today's man for something he didn't even do to you.

The ONE AND ONLY THING that kept them from being able to take America was our strong family fabric. The mother had responsibilities to raise children, which despite what feminists say....is a very honorable job. They showed the kids the way of life and taught them things like mercy, trust and compassion.

These things are now, not only foreign to the children, but they are foreign to the (supposed) mother's as well.

There is a "gay" agenda as a result of splitting the families up as well. Why not support gays? You did not fail as parents , its the General consensus that labels us people with ADHD as Insane, Mentally retarded or just cold blooded murderers , While the fact remains that most of the people with ADHD would trade in al the gold in the world to be normal , or atleast be treated as equal as most of our country's Constitutions demand , this is most defenatly not the case.

I was bullied a lot as well , also beaten up a lot by groups , but my parents always supported my choices no matter what , i honestly cry when i think of how blessed i am with them , they tought me Value and to always do your best.
School was a real hell for me , too much distractions , so i was real happy when i was old enough to leave , i got a job when i turned 18 in a minus 25 degrees storage facility , saved 30.000 Eu in 5 years , got a mortgage and bought my own house all by myself , things would never imagine of being able to with my condition.

Sadly for me these events did not leave me untouched , i hardly trust people anymore exept my friends and family , not paranoia , but i have a very negative vision about how people think about me because of low self esteem because i was put in this "box" and labelled as "less equal "
And how would i ever be able to have a relationship if i hate a part of me and nothing in my mind can understand some one might actually like me.

This all however has made very commited to area's i do strive in , such as work and sports , but also to obtain knowledge about other interesting things , my Parents are my main drive in life , i try to make the best out of it because they did an amazing job in giving me the best chance possible , and i would never trow this chance out of the window.

Hi everyone. I'm just jumping in here. I have scanned a lot of the posts in this thread.Not all.
It was the title of the thread that got my attention. I do not want to step on any toes but this is just my two cents worth.
I believe that there is a God and that he watched over this nation and protected it for a long time. Then in the generation before us they formally threw God out. I think we have been taken over and poisoned and taught false doctrine by government and the Dr, Phills of this world. We have all failed to one degree or another and we cannot in all fairness point the blame to any one source. But when the atheists of this country began weilding their political might to throw God out of our nation and conscience, the christians should have rose up from everywhere and demanded the expulsion of those political hacks.
Now God has given us over to the evil and we are witnessing the fruits everytime a mass shooting occurs and everytime a serial killer stalks. I believe there are consequences to a people who throws God out and allows perversions to become mainstream. I have spent some time repenting of my own short comings. I suggest everyone do the same thing. There is only one conceivable outcome to a situation which we find ourselves in.
