AH this is BS, i been hunting for Lecithin for 2 days now, i cant seem to find powdered form anywhere near me. All are soft gels or tablets.

Going to visit few more health food stores today, if i can't find it today, i'm going to give it up.

I don't want to order outside country, not sure what are the laws.

Canada has very strict drug laws.

The Lecithin I use is grandules, not powder if that helps.

Also there is liquid sunflower Lecithin too.

So would this be a supplement to take daily? Or just when you system needs a boost? Wondering because I love to try new remedies... Thanks!

I thought this might help anyone looking to buy the ingredients. I bought them on Amazon last night, and I typed in the prices for each. I'm pretty sure I got all the right stuff.

Just bumping this for jrmcleod:

The ultra sonic cleaner is a common jewelry cleaner. You need this in addition to a blender/mixer or hand held emulsifer.

I buy distilled water at my local grocery store, it is readily available.

Most take it daily, but some do only take it when they feel a cold coming on.

I take it daily because of the affect of Vit C on all your other organs. I'm currently working on another thread to explain the affect of Vit C on all the other organs of the body, hope to have it done today.

But just to throw this question out here...

You are saying that the stomach destroying the vit c. So, instead of all this sonic cleaning cheffery (aint nobody got time fo' dat!), would it be possible to use a glycol with the vit c in one of those e-cig vaporizers so its absorbed in the lungs?

No. The ultra sonic process is where the magic happens.

The thought of inhaling ascorbic acid into my lungs is a bit scary.

What is so interesting is that Amazon.com has that but not Amazon.ca... Come on.. its the same continent lol..

Shipping charges going to be high.

But that would be my last resort.

So we need to find you a Canadian source.

Would that be for everything... can you find distilled water at your local grocery store?

Distilled water is a no problem.

I see that Amazon.ca has the ultrasonic cleaner and the lectithin, but not the ascorbic acid.

I'll keep looking...

LEGITIMATE QUESTION

Would using de-ionised water be a problem? I have some at home and would like to use this rather than purchasing distilled but i am not sure if this is going to affect the solution or the ultrasonic process?

Regards in advance

I don't have the answer on that. Send Megamind a U2U, I think he might know the answer.

Found all these items on Amazon.co.uk and they come in at just under £40. Will be buying these and the distilled water shortly and will test them out!
