If you're a skeptic - don't respond.

I have a friend who sees the dead whenever she closes her eyes. She can hardly sleep at night because they are always talking to her, she can talk back.

She won't get into details because it really haunts her, but it's been revelaled that she is here to help them.

I need to know how?

How can I help her? What is she suppose to do?

Some call it a gift while others call that ability a curse.....does this happen every night?

she calls it a curse, because she doesn't know what to do..

she doesn't want to help the dead, she wants to help the living - and let me tell you, she is a beautiful woman who has cared more for me than anyone I know yet I've known her a very short time.


It's every night. It's very vivid. It's a huge "problem" for her.. and I want so desperately to be able to help her.

I believe her fully because me and her are a lot a like, and it's a blessing we found each other. She and I have very similar life missions, and helping people is also in my destiny, Idk if it's for the dead or living though, but I have seen a lot of things spiritually aswell.

Anyways, please any input. If it were me, I think I would tell them about christ and preach from the bible, become a white light, and aide them.

Actually, I had a past life hypnosis and it was revelealed to me that I am in fact an energy mover, in one vision I had I was hovering over an epic battle of slain soldiers and it was my job to gather the energy and to move it..

could me and her perhaps need to handle this problem together, or can she do it on her own?

anything is helpful, please.. I know there are some very advanced souls here. we seek you.

What are they saying to her??
Does she feel fear when this happens, or is it more of an annoyance?
Are they the same people or different people when this happens.

Your friend thinks of it as a curse because she doesn't understand her ability...so she will fight it until she actaully understands it. if she is more into helping the living,... than the dead have come to her to pass a message to their living loved ones to comfort them.. So ultimately she will be helping the living. Obviously word has gotten out with the spirit world that your friend can hear or see them. ....and they are probably pretty excited about that! Just imagine if you died and had no way to get a last message to the one you loved. That would be torment...but if you found someone who could hear you, you'd try to contact them too... You probably will have to help her to understand how her ability works or is suppose to work, but you will have to ask a lot of questions to the spirits and keep calm. your friend is probably alittle freaked out too..

I'll see if I can get more out of her.. I don't think she's afraid of it, at all.

I guess I would know a lot more if I knew what the conversation was.. but she is able to talk to them. She can see their faces clearly and hear them.

It's family members that have died, I do know.

She comes from a polygamy cult, so I bet a lot of those souls are stuck or lost.

Many dead people don't realize they are dead. First she must make them aware of the fact and tell them to look for the light or someone who will meet them to pass on to where they should be.

I think I would also go along with what some other members have already said. Perhaps that the dead have messages for the living, through your friend.

Many many years ago, I met a woman that had the dead visiting her, much like your friend. She started doing "nights" where people were gathered and that perhaps some passed people would have messages for them. It struck me as there was always something factual to relate the information received. She would say something like "okay...who's had a knee injury lately?" and someone would answer "Me." and she'd go "okay then...this message is for you. Your oldest son is having serious drug issues, you need to talk to him about it." She kept going like that for a couple of hours, we were about twenty that had gathered at a friend's house.

I was flabbergasted. There was a dead person that I knew of, that had a message for me and the symptom described was only mine. His message was right on the dot. After the medium had left, we were left amongst friends and we talked of the coincidences. It was an impossibility for it to be just coincidences. The medium didn't charge a cent, she just said that it was her mission, she was the receiver and transmitter. Some of us did give her money though, at least to cover her expenses to get to us plus a little more.

So, perhaps, that is what your friend's calling is. Just my opinion, friend. Do as you wish.

Messages for the living, but we just don't listen close enough.

Tell her to listen to what they have to say.

Setting firm boundaries and having a notepad close by are a must.

Something that's always bothered me about mediums/dead people talking and wonder if someone has a logical explanation.

Why is it that when the dead are apparently "talking" to the living and want messages passing on, they somehow lose the ability to speak coherently and use the persons actual name? Instead we get garbled half sentences with hints and clues. If they are really there surely they can ask for the person by name as in "Tell my wife Mary Smith I've not paid the phone bill" instead of all the vagueness

LMAO! That's pretty funny



Anywho..I think it has to do with energy (they need to draw from) when my wife died I tried a few things with the flash light (like you see on "Ghost Hunters") it did not work. What did work was me calling "Target" about her credit card bill and they wiped it clean! Amazing!
