On the Fence

Regardless of who's fault ones predicament is,
the problems and the solutions are our own.
Some would exalt this as an inalienable freedom,
while the exploitable cry foul.

Disabilities of body and mind,
rob people of self preserving ways,
which if left alone, would result in their discontinuation.
yet,we are human and care for each other for reasons beyond usefulness.

There are also conditions at which ethics will tend toward understandable extremes.

When we follow political views like sports teams,
while rooting for the MAN
we forget,

There are times to be conservative,
and others, where liberalism is more productive

Reserve the right, to be either at any time.
or something else entirely.

I wouldn't call it sitting on the fence.

I would say it is being reasonable, and standing by principals.
