This meditation is brought to a perfection in God's eyes because it is selfless.
It is also brings perfection and change to our very lives and behaviors.
The first virtue is humility, and to meditate on the meaning you will go in all sorts of ways and you will end up by getting lost in the self rather
than meditating.
It is time to use our heads and place humility, charity, and love in our hearts as we sit and meditate.
We must do this not by focusing on ourselves, as we will always be imperfect, and thus our meditation will be imperfect as it will be self centered
and never do what meditation intends to do, which is to contemplate God.
Contemplation is the food of the soul. To feed such you must put your soul into the hands of God, with faith and hope.
Next you must submit all worries and anxieties, all fears and most of all you expectations to God. The you will relax in God's care. While you do so,
give thanks to the Lord, and be grateful to be near His Holy Spirit as you are with the embrace of the Father and the Son.
Give glory to God and not the self and you will grow and bloom as flowers on the alter of God.
