Americans that remain Citizens stop/reduce funding US Atrocities by legal tax shelters?

Of course, expat and boycotting US altogether are your best bet but seem to have become an arduous bureaucratic process in recent years if not eventually, virtually impossible in such a police state.

So was wondering if there is any way that Americans who for whatever reasons or constraints, perhaps convenience/benefits, choose to actually retain their citizenship and remain under America's tyranny, could at least stop or reduce funding US terrorism (including the growing genocide of mideasterners, south asians and other growing regions)? (

Besides rhetoric, that is.

These people think that they are gods and demigods and just laugh at us mere mortals for even thinking we have a right of audience with them, let alone accuse them of wrong doing. We first must show them that they are mortal.
