No, the search engine failed at finding the existing thread. Search engines are too literal and if you input the title of your article and it is too different from the title of another article on the same subject you get no results.

Below is a screen capture of a search I just did on the title if my thread.



The first two results are links to my thread and there are no links the the article I duplicated. When I did the original search those first two links, of course, didn't show up and there were no links to the other article either.

So, may I politely suggest you refrain from being a judgmental butthead until you know what you are talking about.
