You should be looking for the media center Icon on your PS3; You'll need to reboot both after the library is done building.

Do you have windows media center on your PC?! Try running the configuration for that as well.

This guide should let you make sure all your settings are set up if your PC doesn't recognize teh device it won't connect to the library.

Restart the PC? It's still building the library as we speak.

It seems like it's set fine. While the library has been building, I've streamed a few other files that were in other areas on the laptop.

Yeah that's why your PS3 won't see it.

Let it finish building, then restart the PC and the PS3 once the process is complete.

It won't add the icons or access until the build is finished.
