Gun shows in most states do not have background checks. Not all.

Gun Shows by State

A total of 11 states require background checks for at least some gun purchases at gun shows. Seven of those states require background checks for all gun purchases, while four states require background checks for only handgun purchases.

The seven states requiring background checks for all purchases include:

California
Colorado
Connecticut
Illinois
New York
Oregon
Rhode Island

The four states requiring background checks for only handgun purchases include:

Hawaii
Maryland
New Jersey
Pennsylvania

In Florida, private firearms purchases are subject to background checks in some jurisdictions but not across the entire state. There are no laws regulating private firearms sales at gun shows in the remaining 33 states.

Who cares what most people prefer to do?

The majority of states you can go buy a gun through a private sale without any background check at all. That's their issue if they have a problem not going to a federally regulated gun store.

So what the majority of people go to stores to buy there weapon gun shows have squat to do with the topic.

Since New Jersey stopping approving gun transfers because of what agian?

People followed the laws already on the books.

It actually kind of does since the topic in general is about gun purchases. You brought this point up anyway so direct your comment to yourself, not me.

There seems to be no proof that gun shows in NJ aren't approving gun sales. Some right wing fringe site is claiming this with 0 sources.

But even if it is true, you've already read this post www.abovetopsecret.com... so you know the most likely answer as to why.
